Parents

At Progressive Academy, we believe that as a school, we are an extension of the family unit and as such work as a team with the family to achieve success. We have an open door policy for our parents.

All of our teachers will speak honestly with parents about their children’s strengths and weaknesses. We look for practical solutions to problems and, most of all, we recognize that parents make enormous sacrifices to provide their children with the opportunity of attending our school.

Each child comes to us with different gifts and each can contribute in different ways.

We conduct a number of educational workshops and sessions for parents throughout the year on a variety of topics relating to education and parenting. Parents are required to attend workshops and school orientation evenings.
